Call to Worship: Sunday June 25th, 2017

Summer of Freedom

Dear Church,

This Sunday is the beginning of our summer worship rhythms. For our children’s ministry volunteers, this means a rest from the 9:30 LTA program, and a chance to join with the whole church in a single worship service at 9:30am. Our children, students, and adults (save the littlest ones, infant-K) will begin the morning together in Phillips Hall before being dismissed to their activities during the greeting. If you were with us last summer, you’ll recognize a song we sing together based on the words of Deuteronomy 6, “Love the Lord.” We’ll also continue singing “Saved my Soul,” a theme song for our series in Exodus. Check them out below. Tom will continue the second part of our summer sermon series, “Summer of Freedom”, this week, in chapter 4 of Exodus. If you weren’t here last week, you’ll want to hear the first sermon in the series.

Songs this week:

Saved My Soul | City Alight | Youtube | Spotify

Love the Lord | Lincoln Brewster | Youtube | Spotify

All Creatures of our God and King | Traditional Hymn | Our own TCC Version | Spotify

Called Me Higher | All Sons and Daughters | Youtube | Spotify
